Grocery Item Finds

I cook a majority of the time. I have decided to just list some of my favorite vegan finds from the average grocery store.


Dairy Alternatives:

Ripple Pea Milk – I really like this milk. It makes great smoothies and the best golden milk. It is a great option, if you are looking for something lower fat than some of the other options.

Silk Protein Nutmilk – Silk actually makes a really good almond and cashew milk that has 10 g of pea protein! I have tried both the original and chocolate and really enjoy just drinking the chocolate nutmilk straight. This is definitely a good option, if you are trying to add in more protein and don’t mind the higher fat content.

More Protein:

I really enjoy lifting weights and am always looking for ways to add more protein into my diet.

Protein Nut Spread -This will be delicious on probably anything because chocolate.

Kay’s Protein Cereal -I plan on eating these with my almond cashew protein milk. That will be 20g of protein in a bowl of cereal!

Kay’s Snacks -I am excited to try these for a snack!


Ben and Jerry’s Dairy Free Ice Cream – my two favorite flavors have been Peanut Butter Half Baked and P.B. & Cookies. I am excited to try more and see what other flavors they come out with!


White Cheddar Hippeas I am sooo excited for these. I love Cheezits and Goldfish, but they aren’t vegan. It is really hard to find vegan cheese flavored snacks.
